Policies and Procedures
Unless otherwise noted, all domestic orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. We do not ship orders on the weekend and all orders are shipped in the order they are received. Paying for expedited shipping does not mean your order will be processed faster than 1-2 business days.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground for a flat rate of $8.
We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $100 within the USA. With the free shipping option, we will ship using the most cost effective shipping option (shipping time will vary between 2 and 6 business days)
We ship to verified APO/FPO military addresses (be sure to checkout our military discount).
USPS does not deliver on holidays or Sundays. Tracking will not update on those days. First Class Shipments generally take 2-5 business days. Priority shipments generally take 2-3 business days.
UPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends. Tracking will not update on those days.
If a product is not received and it shows in the tracking information that it was lost after being delivered to the carrier, we will ship you out a new package after 14 days from the shipping date.
If an order is shipped and its shows its "delivered" in the tracking information, we have fulfilled our obligations. We are not responsible for it being stolen from your mailbox/etc.

Covid Update - there are many delays in import and export at this time, shipments are taking longer than normal to clear customs at both export and import.
Processing Time: our distributor warehouse does not ship all products to all international locations. This may cause a 3-5 day delay in processing your order if the product needs to be transferred to our office for shipment. Additionally, if you order contains multiple products, it may require we transfer products between warehouses to fill the shipment, this may also cause a 3-5 day delay.
International first class mail can take 14-30 days to arrive.
International Priority mailcan take up to 21 days to arrive.
USPS First Class international service does not include or offer any sort of insurance (can't even add insurance at an additional cost) - This service is offered as a cost effective means of international post, but the customer assumes all risks when choosing this service - we will not replace lost shipments made via USPS first class.
USPS Priority includes $200 in shipping insurance.

Duties and or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer.
Customs vary from country to country. Please make sure you know the laws of your country before ordering.
Customs may hold packages for up to 60 days in some countries. During this time we will not reship or refund as the shipment may get released and delivered.
Please be sure to provide your correct shipping address. If a package comes back to Iconic Formulations due to incorrect address you will be responsible to pay the full cost of reshipping your order.
We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue a refund to you.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping.
UPS does charge shipping costs for returned shipments - if your order was placed via UPS and returned to us, the cost of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund amount.
We accept returns on unopened non-topical products within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. Products must be unopened and in new condition. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Sorry, we cannot accept the return of any topical products.
Any issues with the product must be brought to our attention within 5 days of the delivery date. Issues include damaged bottles, leaking bottles or any shipping damage that would cause lost product. If there are no issues brought up within the 5 days from the date of delivery no replacements can be sent. Iconic Formulations makes no claims or guarantees. Refunds will not be given for used or open product.
