We accept returns on unopened non-topical products within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. Products must be unopened and in new condition. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Sorry, we cannot accept the return of any topical products.
Any issues with the product must be brought to our attention within 5 days of the delivery date. Issues include damaged bottles, leaking bottles or any shipping damage that would cause lost product. If there are no issues brought up within the 5 days from the date of delivery no replacements can be sent. Iron Legion makes no claims or guarantees. Refunds will not be given for used or open product.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store.
2. Shipping
Processing Time
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. We do not ship orders on the weekend and all orders are shipped in the order they are received. Paying for expedited shipping does not mean your order will be processed faster than 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped using the specified shipping method, but will be processed in the order it was received
Holidays and Sales - some sales may cause longer than normal shipping times - we appreciate your patience and please allow an extra 1-2 business days during large sales.
Domestic Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options via UPS, USPS
We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $150 within the USA. With the free shipping option, we will ship using the most cost effective shipping option (shipping time will vary between 2 and 6 business days)
We ship to verified APO/FPO military addresses (be sure to checkout our military discount).
USPS does not deliver on holidays or Sundays. Tracking will not update on those days. USPS Priority and First class do not guarantee delivery times and will not be refunded for delays.
First Class Shipments generally take 2-5 business days (no insurance included for lost or damaged packages)
Priority shipments generally take 2-3 business days ($100 insurance included for lost or damaged packages)
Priority Mail Express Shipments generally take 1-2 business days ($100 insurance included for lost or damaged packages)
UPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends. Tracking will not update on those days.
Ground shipping can take from 1-5 business days within the continental US
We also offer UPS next day and 2 day shipping
If a product is not received and it shows in the tracking information that it was lost after being delivered to the carrier, we will ship you out a new package after 14 days from the shipping date.
If an order is shipped and it shows as "delivered" in the tracking information, we have fulfilled our obligations. We are not responsible for it being stolen from your mailbox/etc.
